- The Rhode Island National Guard intends to set up no more than 3 Blanket Purchase Agreements to place orders for medical laboratory testing services when required. Quotes shall be evaluated based on the average price of the Stipulated Aggregate Prices listed in the RFQ. Laboratory courier service to pick up samples is required. Samples will be taken at RI Army National Guard Medical Detachment, One Minuteman Way, Bldg P-1, North Kingstown, RI 02852.
