- J&A Hose Nonmetallic, NSN 4720-00-053-4577 Approved Sources: Eaton-Aeroquip (3E6R6) P/N EH63138-93; Sargent Fletcher (72429) P/N 128B5030-11; Sargent Fletcher (72429) P/N 128B5030-11-3. This is a U.S. Navy identified Critical Safety Item (CSI) and must be purchased from the approved source(s). No alternate offers will be considered. Solicitation is being issued as unrestricted. Various increments solicited for delivery to Department of Defense stock locations. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer, their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Copies of this solicitation will be available on the DLA Land & Maritime DIBBS website on or about 5/28/13.
