- Description
- The Regional Contracting Office Marine Corps Installations-West, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA currently has a requirement for repairs to (4) Digital Receiver Technology1202B units. The government intends to award a sole-source contract to Digital Receiver Technology. The estimated cost is $50,000. This requirement will be awarded as Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order under NAICS code 334220. The size standard is 750 employees. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the government is available. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. EOIs may be submitted via email or hand-delivered. This purchase will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR Part 13.
