Description: FY13 Lab testing services for eastern Montana (Ft. Peck and vicinity)& North Dakota (Minot AFB, Garrison Dam and vicinity). A non-personnel services contract to provide field and laboratory testing of construction materials. The scope of testing services will be for soils (moisturedensity characteristics and compaction), aggregate, asphalt (bituminous), concrete, and masonry construction materials testing accordance with attached PWS for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Black Hills Area Office, Rapid City, SD. Full time services is NOT required but calls will be placed on as needed basics. (In addition to the materials testing services are also needed for non-destructive weld tests and for testing of water and soils for contamination, and testing for asbestos and lead based paints in accordance with the Performance Work Statement dated 02 May 2013 - These services will be added by modification as needed).
