- Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command (AETC), 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 is announcing its INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE to Lynda.com, located at 6410 Via Real, Capinteria, CA, 93013 for the purchase of on-line training subscriptions for AFLOA/JAS, Maxwell AFB. The list of requirements is as follows. Online Training Subscriptions (15 each): 24 May 2013 -23 May 2014 (Base Year) Online Training Subscriptions (15 each): 24 May 2014 -23 May 2015 (Option Year 1) Online Training Subscriptions (15 each): 24 May 2015 -23 May 2016 (Option Year 2) Online Training Subscriptions must, as a minimum, meet the following requirements: •1. On-line training must be provided without the installation of any new software or plug-in. •2. The product must have multi-user capabilities. It must be able to assign and reassign accounts, as needed, to an unlimited number of users, rather than being forced to limit each subscription or account to a single user. •3. The training courses should provide "hands-on" instruction and video demonstrations. •4. The training courses should range from introductory - intermediate - advanced. •5. The product should provide all of the following course topics: Acrobat, ActionScript, Adobe, Apache, Apache HTTP Server, Capture, Captivate, CGI, CSS, Dreamweaver, Excel, Fireworks, Flash, FLEX, Google Search Engine, Google Analytics, Google Forms, HTML, HTTP Server, JAVA, Java Script, JQUERY, Linux, Microsoft Office, Moodle, MySQL, Object Oriented Design, Open Source, Oracle, Perl, PHP, Premier Pro, regular expressions, SharePoint, SQL, Techsmith Products, Tomcat, Unix, Web Design, Web Accessibility, XML and Visio. •6. The contractor must provide unrestricted access to their entire training library of clear and concise instructional videos. Videos must be simultaneously available to all licensed users 365 days per year and 24/7 per day. Those capable of meeting the above requirement are requested to provide the following information in their response: Current capability that demonstrates your company's ability to meet the above requirements.
