- DRAFT PWS This synopsis is being posted to serve notice of an upcoming RFP to provide sustainment support for the SMS/CMS Program at US Transportation Command, Scott AFB, IL. This requirement is to obtain non-personal services which will provide continuing system sustainment and operations support services in order to ensure continued mission critical Single Mobility System (SMS) and Coalition Mobility System (CMS) integrity and operational capability. SMS is the primary system used by USTRANSCOM to view transportation requirements, plan missions, and track execution, while CMS provides for rapid coordination of coalition planning and execution by providing capability to observe data for aircraft, ship, road and rail movements in support of coalition operations. There are 9 task areas for this requirement to include: Contract & Task Order Management, Software Development/Sustainment/Testing, Operations Support & Training, Help Desk Support, SMS AFRC Sustainment, SMS/CTL Hosting, SMS Migration to Virtual Environment, Engineering & Cyber Security, and Configuration Management. Place of performance will be at the Contractor's Facility and Scott AFB, IL. Expected soliciation release date is 28 May 2013 with proposals due 27 June 2013.
