- SELF CONTAINED BREATHING APPARATUS (SCBA) AG-9AC7-S-13-0083 May 10, 2013 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-9AC7-S-13-0083 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2006-66. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 423490 and small business size standard is 500 employees. This is for a quantity of: 12 each - Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), delivered. 24 each - Carbon Comp Cylinder w/valve - 30 minutes, 4500 psi, delivered 12 - Medium Facemasks, delivered 12 - HUD in Mask Display, delivered Specifications - MUST BE THIS SPECIFIC MODEL TO MATCH CROSS TRAINING AND EQUIPMENT SWAP. SCBA's - Draeger Part # 4046182 (PSS 5000 SCBA) Clyinders - Draeger Part # 4055700 (30 Minute, 4500 psi Carbon Comp Cylinder w/valve) Face Mask - Draeger Part # R56424 (FRS7000 M2 Medium Facemask) In Mask Display - Draeger Part # 335655 (HUD in Mask Display FPS7000) Delivery no later than July 1, 2013.
