Description
Return Package Scope of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is AG-9AC7-S-13-0082 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The Northern American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 484210 and the size standard is $25.5 million. Only one contract will be awarded. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be issued. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) formerly Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Information concerning SAM registration requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov. DESCRIPTION: The Forest Service has a requirement to move office furniture, business machines, boxes and miscellaneous items from the existing Modoc National Forest Supervisor's Office, located at 800 West 12th Street and 706 West 12th Street in Alturas, CA to the new office located at 221 West 8th Street in Alturas, CA. The awarded contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and protective material necessary for the move.. DELIVERY: The work is expected to begin in July 1st, 2013 and continue through July 17th until all items are moved out of the 800 West 12th Street building. EVALUATION FACTORS. The Government will award the contract to that responsible vendor whose quotation, conforming to the combined synopsis/solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: Relevant Past Performance, Technical Merits, Convenience for the Government and Price. The non-price evaluation factors, when combined, are approximately equal to price. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: See attached solicitation documents.
