- USAID/Kosovo announces that a three-year cost-plus-fixed-fee contract was awarded to Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc. for the implementation of the Contract Law Enforcement Program (CLE) in Kosovo. The purpose of CLE is to assist Kosovar institutions in improving the enforcement of civil judgments in Kosovo and to strengthen Kosovo's contract and commercial law framework and systems.
