- Amendment #0005 Due to discrepancies the Government is changing the closing date and time on the Combined Synopsis Solicitation to 0900 AM Jordan Local Time on 12 May 2013. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Amendment #0004 due to Industry Requests, the Government has increased the Volume 1 Technical from 6 pages to 12 pages. With Volume II Price the amount of pages has increased from 6 pages to 14 pages total. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Ammendment0003 has is a correction to the Period of Performance in bullet VII in the Synopsis. Change has been highlighted. Ammendment0002 has clarifications provided by JAF on questions. New answers have been highlighted. This a Amendment to W912D213REL13 answers the questions submitted and updates the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a requirement for non-personal services for Life Support Area Services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Life Support Area Services at Al Zarqa Training Compound, Jordan as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in accordance with the attached combined synopsis solicitation and the performance work statement.
