- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FSC: D319D-IT & Telecom - Annual SW Maint Svc. Plans Solicitation No.: W912CN-13-T-0151 Response Date: 17 May 2013 Description: This will be a firm fixed price contract. Contractor shall provide software and hardware maintenance for TM-2000 Automatic Call Distribution system for the Army. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 13 May 2013. Actual quote due date will be specified in the solicitation and will be 17 May 2013. Period of performance is 1 July 2013 through 30 June 2014 with 2 prepriced 12-month option periods This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average number of employees for the past 12 months do not exceed 1,500. NAICS 517911, Telecommunications Resellers Telephone requests will not be honored.
