- Draft PWS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/ SOURCES SOUGHT NRL-13-MI01 RFI Number: NRL-13-MI01 -Remotely Operated Deployable Ground Emitting Reference (RODGER) Contact Information: Malisa Mitchell, e-mail Malisa.mitchell@nrl.navy.mil, phone 202-767-0397. Important Dates: RFI submissions are due no later than May 28, 2013, 12:00 noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST). Special Notice: This is a request for information (RFI) issued by the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) for information and planning purposes only. This is neither a request for formal Request for Proposals (RFP) or quotes. No awards will be made from the responses to this announcement. The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with the development and submission of materials in response to this request. There is no solicitation available at this time. However, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against NRL shall arise as a result of a response to this Sources Sought notice or NRL's use of such information as either part of our evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement. Objective: The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is searching for potential sources that are capable of performing the requirements set forth in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) titled Remotely Operated Deployable Ground Emitting Reference (RODGER). The intent of this RFI is to gauge industry interest, capabilities and relevant experience to perform the services as described in the Draft PWS. Comments on the Draft PWS will also be accepted. Resources: NRL-13-MI01: Attachment (1) Performance Work Statement (PWS) Location: Naval Research Laboratory, 4555 Overlook Avenue, SW Washington, DC 20375 CONTRACTOR RESPONSE FORMAT: The NRL asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information: a) Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) b) Telephone Number, Fax Number, Address and e-mail address of POC c) Business Size and number of employees d) Type of Set Aside (if applicable) e) Capability statement and relevant experience in the task areas listed in the PWS. Pricing and Schedule Information: NRL is requesting interested contractors to provide Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate of costs. Past Performance Information: Please provide in the response a list of Navy, DoD or Federal contracts supported during the past 36 months with a brief description of the supply or service provided for each contract. Only list contracts similar to those of the Draft Performance Work Statement attached. Submission of Information: All information and data received in response to this RFI marked or designated as corporate or proprietary information will be protected as such.
