This is a Sources Sought notice for information only. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. In preparation for future procurement, the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas is performing market research to gain knowledge of potential sources and their size classification (service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hub zone, 8(a), small disadvantage business, woman-owned small business, small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 325412 that can offer the services listed below. The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center n Houston, TX is seeking a long term contract for Radiopharmaceuticals. The Contract will have a base period and the option to extend the contract for 4 option periods. The government intents to award a FFP Indefintie Deliveyr Indefniite Quatitty contract. The quantities to be used will be estimated. Below is the list of supplies required. 1.Tc-99m Sodium Pertechnetate - Kit Preparation and misc., 100-150 mCi 2.Tc-99m (Medronate), MDP, 30 mCi 3.Tc-99m Cardiac Agent (Cardiolite or Myoview) 4.Tc-99m Mertiatide Mag-3, 10 mCi dose 5.Tc-99m Ceretec WBC Labeling 20 - 25 mCi 6.In-111 oxine WBC Labeling 0.5 mCi 7.Gallium 67 Citrate 6 mCi dose 8.I-123 (100 uCi) capsule 9.I-123 (200 uCi) capsule 10.Thallium Chloride 4 mCi & 1 mCi dose 11.Indium-111 DTPA for Cisternography 1.0 mCi 12.Tc-99m MAA Reduced Particles 13.DTPA Kit 14.MAA Kit 15.PYP Kit 16.Choletec Kit 17.Tc-99m Sodium Pertechnetate 300 mCi 18.Tc-99m Sulfur Colloid, Unfiltered, 1-15 mCi 19.Tc-99m Sulfur Colloid, Filtered, 100 mCi (Kit must be reconstituted with 75 mCi) 20.I-131 Sodium Iodide capsule, Diagnostic, 3 mCi 21.I-131 Sodium Iodide capsule, Therapy 1st mCi 22.I-131 Sodium Iodide capsule, ea. addt'l mCi 23.In-111 OctreoScan (Pentetreotide), 5 mCi 24.Expendable Accessories Leukocyte set-up 25.MDP Kit 26.UltraTag RBC Kit 27.Tc-99m, DTPA, 40 mCi 28.Tc-99m, Macroaggregated Albumin MAA 6 mCi 29.In-111 Capromab Pendetide (ProstaScint), 7 mCi 30.Tc-99m Choletec, 6 mCi 31.Tc-99m DMSA (Succimer) 6 mCi 32.I-123 MIBG, 10 mCi 33.TC-99m Ceretec, HM-PAO, 50 mCi Contractor shall meet all Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Department of Transportation, F.D.A., OSHA and all other agency rules and regulations (Federal and State).
