Description

The Government intends to establish a multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for medical supplies procedures for the Pathology, 121st CSH, Yongsan, Korea. Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies are required. Period of performance will be five years. NAICS code is 339113. See attached item listing. Interested parties shall reply to Pacific Regional Contracting Office Korea Cell via email to Unsuk.Chong (unsuk.chong2.civ@mail.mil) Telephone requests will not be honored. Please indicate your interest and/or ability to provide the exact brand items and also provide a current copy of your price list for the items NO LATER THAN 27 MAY 2013, 3:00 P.M., Korean Standard Time (KST). Contractor must be able to provide 100% of the item(s). Please see the attached insturction and item list.
