Description
J&A for Brand Name 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no further written solicitation will be issued. 2. The solicitation number FA8307-13-Q-0088 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20130419. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation may be obtained in full text form located at FAR Site, http://farsite.hill.af.mil. 2. Description of items: This requirement is for 604 each, Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) integrated circuit, MANAFACTUER: Xilinx, Part Number: XC2V1000-4FG456I. Delivery will be FOB to AFLCMC\HNCADR BUILDING 2028, SUITE 158, 230 Hall BLVD., SAN ANTONIO, TX 78243-7052. Inspection/acceptance will be made at destination. 3. In addition, interested offerors must submit their representations and certifications in accordance with the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Item, with their request for drawings. Reproduction of the drawing(s) is strictly prohibited. 4. Interested parties capable of providing the above must submit a written quote to include discount terms, tax identification number, cage code, and DUNS. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation, contractors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, no exceptions. You may register at URL: http://www.sam.gov/. Contractors must comply with FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration and DFARS 252.204-7004, Alternate A. Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) much be completed. Use of ORCA became mandatory 1 January 2005. Contractors can access ORCA through Business Partnering Network by internet URL: http://www.sam.gov/.
