Description

SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OT INTENT TO AWARD - The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Consolidated Patient Account Center (CPAC), Program Management Office (PMO) intends to award a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price contract for Program Management Support Revenue Improvement support services in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 15.2. The contract will be awarded to Altarum Institute, 3520 Green Ct., Ste 300, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. Period of Performance is 30 days. The NAICS Code is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services). This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide timely and effective services within three (3) days of this publication. A determination by the government not to compete this action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the government. Line items are as follows: SIN 874-1 - Acquisition Management Project Schedule Financial Management Strategic Communication Internal Controls Quality Management Knowledge Management Project Management Organizational Governance IPT and Status Reporting Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
