- Solicitation for NSN 6670-01-430-1159, 0049514247, Scale, Weighing, I/A/W Basic CID A-A-58088C Revision Number C dated 04/14/2009. DSCR does currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. To obtain a copy, please submit requests to DSCR-VABA via the internet, mail, fax or phone. Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all lowercase). Mailing Address is DLA Aviation Richmond, ATTN: DSCR-VABA, 8000 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Richmond, VA 23297. Please do not submit requests for Technical Data to the Contract Specialist. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract. No Quantity Option will be included. This requirement is restricted to 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the negotiated method of Procurement. All responsible offerors may submit an offer which will be considered. The Government will award a contract from this RFP to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and past performance considered. Note to Internet Subscribers: Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and Internet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will not be accepted for this RFP under formal Large Procurement procedures. Howver, a copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. FOB is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon combination of price, past performannce, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
