- Purchase Request number SC1000007668, NSN 4020-01-058-4771, CHAIN, WELDED, Not a Weapon Systems Item. Solicitation SPE4A6-13-R-0751; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE; FULL & OPEN COMPETITION. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 391 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 391 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 1,092 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 1,092 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 1,560 each for the base and option years. Total Maximum Contract Quantity is 7800 for the base and option years. This requirement is in accordance with basic drawing 38850-00053, Rev M, dtd September 20, 2006, Contractor First Article Testing applies for 2 samples. FOB Destination. / Inspection and Acceptance @ Destination for production units and Inspection @ Origin and Acceptance @ Destination for FAT. Delivery including the FAT requirement for the 1st delivery order is 190 days and after approval of FAT and 70 days ARO for the base and option years for the subsequent orders. This procurement not have a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is May 29, 2013 & closing date of June 28, 2013. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
