- This Solicitation will contain NSN 5855-01-537-7059, Part Number 8411210-1; Eyepiece Assembly, Optical Instrument. This Request for Proposal (RFP) SPE4A6-13-R-0876, 47904212 will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Approved Sources for Part Number 8411210-1 is CAGE 81395 BAE Systems and Information. Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures applies; Purchase Request Quantity 202 EA; Inspection/Acceptance, FOB Destination. Government's required delivery is 161 DARO; ABVS applies; Formal cost and pricing data and Subcontracting Plan are not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) has not been met. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Solicitation Issue Date is May 28, 2013. The Solicitation closing date is June 28, 2013.
