- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Demolish and dispose of in accordance with local ordnance and regulations, all roofing material (note: material may contain asbestos), stucco cementitious (exterior), and gypsum (interior) plaster, and damaged material down to basis to prepare the surface for application of the new thermal fa ade. Then, it is necessary to dismantle: lightning tape, gutters, folding partition classroom door-25m2, all interior and exterior doors-72 pcs, as well as all internal and external windows-79 pcs, exterior and interior window sills-approximately 455 m. Building parapet walls with block brick d = 20 cm, treatment of damaged facade walls of approximately 1000 m2, processing disassembled openings around windows and doors-aprox. 1100 m. After the masonry work it is necessary to perform roofing and tinsmith works that imply making flashing over the roof trapezoidal sheet metal, around and above the opening of AB pillar, on and next to the small Sims, setting breather foil under cover plate and secondary carrier - approximately 1020 m2. Then it is necessary to mount the cover of the trapezoidal sheet 35-40/200-0, 50 pp - 1020 m2, line of snow barriers, horizontal and vertical gutters and drain pipes. Production and installation of new window sills - approximately 235 m. Locksmith work implies production and installation of interior and exterior aluminum door with a fanlight in various sizes-approx 78 pieces, made of aluminum profiles. The contractor will produce and install windows made of aluminum profiles with thermal brake and glazed with thermal glass 4 +12 +4 mm dim. 250x212, 230x212, 246x63, 90x212, 130x212, 330x190, 50x50, 80x120, 320x117, 180x280mm, 150x200, 320x195 and 160x210 cm-86 pieces. Next to be done is fabrication and installation of PVC benches - approximately 260 m, installation of flashings over a steel pillar made of thermo panels at the junction of the two windows, alucobond d = 4 mm from the inside - 80 pieces. The entire facade needs to be refurbished by removing the deteriorated sections of the existing fa ade on school facility down to a solid base, then apply a coat of cement mortar, 10 cm thick polystyrene insulation foam board, nylon mesh, and finally apply the finishing layer in acrylic stucco. All performed in the following manner: The contractor will erection and dismantling of the facade scaffolding needed for all facade work approximately 1535 square meters. The contractor will remove the existing fa ade mortar. Clean and dispose of in accordance with local ordnance and regulations. The contractor will purchase and produce thermal facade quote mark demit quote mark and apply the final layer of facade in color of investor/school choice-approx. 1420 m2 and make plinth in height 40cm with kulir plast - approximately 195 m. Plaster works imply making the lining of the gypsum, partition walls in classrooms d = 10cm, regibs ceilings of the school hall, a kitchen and utility room, with underconstruction and thermal insulation of mineral wool d = 10 cm. The contractor should do the ceramic work. It is necessary to set up a wall tiles- approximately 40.25 m2. It is necessary to perform painting walls and ceilings in two coats with a previous preparation of the surface - approximately 6472 m2. Then make fat plinth on the walls around the staircase and corridors-approx 137 m2, as well as painting the parts bearing structure staircase railings and external fire-fighting steps-approximately 275 m2. The contractor will level, complete final priming, and painting interior and exterior surfaces around mounted door joinery in colors similar to the existing adjacent color. Also the contractor will complete final hygienic coating of all interior surfaces. In a feald of electrical works remove lighting fixtures and purchase and installation of new type 4x18 W - pieces of 24th. Installation of lightning tapes on the places of dismantled tapes - 120m, installation of box measuring circuit on the facade and testing newly installed lightning rods.
