- Solicitation number is SPE4A6-13-R-0984, SC1000009857, 05F- STRATOLIFTER C/KC -135 AIRCRAFT. RING, LOCK, KEYED, National Stock Number, 5365-01-180-6341. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Surge and Sustainment is not requirement for this NSN. This is not a commercial item or a Critical Safety Item. The solicitation is in accordance approved sources General Electric Company, CAGE 07482, p/n 1663M70P02, Moeller Mfg Company, CAGE 08244, p/n 1663M70P02 and CFM International, Inc, CAGE 58828, p/n 1663M70P02.. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity for the base year only is 57 each. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and four (4) option years is 128 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 57 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 128 each, Maximum Contract Quantity is 200 and the Total Maximum Quantity is 1,000.. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Delivery Schedule is 122 days ARO.. Past contractor performance will be based on Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). Issue date is May 30, 2013 with a closing date of July 01, 2013.
