- U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO), Tacoma, Washington, on behalf of USA MEDDAC, Fort Riley, KS intends to procure one each Scanner/Miller System for Irwin Army Community Hospital. The RFQ W91YU0-13-T-0103 will be posted to FEDBizOpps website at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 16 May 2013. The solicitation will be evaluated using a Best Value lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) process. Evaluation factors include technical and price. This RFQ is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NAICS code for this requirement is 339113 with a business size of 500 employees.
