Description
This announcement constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Kuwait Ministry of Defense (KMOD) and Kuwait Air Force (KAF) are in the process of acquiring three KC-130J aircraft under a United States Navy (USN) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case managed by Naval Air Systems Command, Program Management Air 207 (PMA-207). This requirement includes Organizational (O) and authorized Intermediate (I) level aircraft maintenance, Support Equipment (SE) maintenance, and logistics support to facilitate maintenance actions for three Kuwait KC-130J aircraft. The three aircraft will be temporarily based at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina (NC) before transitioning to Al Mubarak airbase in Kuwait. Identified by the North American Industry System Classification (NAICS) Code 488190, the Government intends to issue a single award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity, FAR Part 15, Task Order Contract, via full and open competition, to the company evaluated as providing the "Best Value" to the Government, all factors in accordance with Section L and M of the RFP taken into consideration.
