- 5960011678796 Electron Tube The Purpose of this synopsis is to locate sources interested in becoming approved sources of supply for the following Item: Electron Tube: Purchased in accordance with currently approved cage 06980 Communications & Power Industries P/N Y822-1 (IAW Source Controlled Drawing 12115 8008-1551-1 Rev H). fixed contract anticipated for a quantity of 20575 each, to include price breaks. A 100% quantity option is also anticipated. Sources who are interested in becoming an approved source will be required to seek approval directly from the OEM listed on the source controlled drawing in accordance with DLAD 52.217-9023 RESTRICTION OF ALTERNATE OFFERS FOR SOURCE CONTROLLED ITEMS. Interested parties should send responses to the contracting officer, Ruth A Smith via email at ruth.smith.dla.mil by the date listed in the synopsis. The response should include information as to product line; quality certifications; company size and appropriate POC information. The company will then be placed on the bidders list so that notification can be sent when the solicitation SPE7M513R0020 is available.
