Description

This acquisition is for four sole source, Armatec Survivability Corp. / L0782 (Canada) items. These items are managed by the U.S. Marines (LOGCOM). These items are Depot Level Repairable items for Albany, GA or Barstow, CA site. The unit of issue for each of these items is each (ea). NSN, Quantity, Part number, and PR number are located below. Delivery requirement for these items will be 150 days. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOps on its issue date of 29 May 2013. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. The acquisition is unrestricted. Specifications, Plans or Drawings are not available. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the federal supply class of 2540. This acquisition is for supplies for which the government does not posses complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Approved sources are Armatec Survivability Corp / L0782. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, per provisions (52.215-9C09, 52.211-9051, and 52.215-9022). All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars.
