- RED HAT ENTERPRISE LINUX PREMIUM SUPPORT (RENEWAL). Solicitation N00421-13-T-0336 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The requirement is a renewal for RED HAT ENTERPRISE LINUX SERVER PREMIUM SUPPORT. Support to include 24/7 phone and web support, 1-2 sockets, with unlimited guests. The Period of Performance is 24 August 2013 to 23 August 2014. The renewal of this Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Premium will support the currently installed program and allows for continued security updates and software maintenance services. Due to the nature of the requirement similar or substitute products will not be accepted. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm. See Attached RFQ. All proposals received by 1600 EST, 22 May 2013 will be considered by the Government.
