- THIS IS A SYNOPSIS NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation or request for quote or proposal and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. There is no solicitation, specifications or drawings available at this time. Military Sealift Command Norfolk will be issuing a solicitation on or about 30 May 2013 for the procurement of twelve (12) air handlers for the USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204). After issuance, the solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fbo.gov. The appropriate NAICS Code is 333415. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. There are NO RESPONSES due based on this pre-solicitation notice.
