- PR# 0049317636, Anticipated ISSUE DATE 05-29-13/CLOSING DATE 07-01-13 This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 18 each for stock of NSN 1615-01-224-4848, SWASHPLATE ASSY, STA. Item Description is in accordance with P/N 7-311511107-13. Approved Sources for this NSN are SPX CORPORATION, CAGE 82001; BOEING COMPANY, CAGE 8V613. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted acquisition, with the intention of awarding a definite quantity contract. This solicitation is issued other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This item is configuration controlled and a critical application item. This item is Export Controlled. Item Unique Identification is required. This is a Critical Safety Item. There is a First Article Test requirement for this NSN. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. PRLI0001, QTY 18 each ship to New Cumberland, PA 17070. The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, delivery of production quantities is requested to be 1,045 days (including FAT and evaluation) or best attainable. There is a partial Technical Data Package for this NSN. Electronic offers are not acceptable. A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requestors.
