It is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) on a 100% small business set-aside basis. The RFQ will provide details with regard to scope, location, period of performance, etc. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia has established a requirement for service on the Large Cavitation Channel (LCC).
