- Sole Source Justification Letter DFARS 252.209-7998 DFARS 252.209-7995 DFARS 252.209-7999 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 334419 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 500 Item Description: To procure 1 each, Part Number : 3000; Noun: Stabinger Viscometer (Model Number SVM 3000) with the following accessories: Keyboard (Part Number: 77144);Printer RS-232C (Part Number: 64434) including Cable 9600E71, and Drying Cartridge (Part Number:65085). F.O.B. DESTINATION IS APPLICABLE AND APPLIES. Mfr: Anton Paar, Cage Code: oFW58 Justification for Sole Source: See Attached Sole Source Justification. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier. Quotations should be emailed to Jacqueline.Kittrell@robins.af.mil. Response to this combined/synopsis solicitation is required to be submitted before, 4:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time, 22May2013.
