- U.S. DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS DESIRES TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield approximately (6,600) usable square feet within the Commercial District, geographical area surrounding 1150 South Ave. Staten Island, New York 10314 for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The space will require at a minimum the following: Staten Island CBOC Space Requirement: 6,000 to 6,600 The space must meet or be able to meet the Department of Veterans Affairs Life Safety codes and other applicable regulations. A lease for five (5) years with an option to renew for an additional one (5) year option period will be considered. All commercial clinical use office space within the surrounding area of 1150 South Ave. Staten Island, NY will be considered. A market survey of the properties offered will be conducted by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
