- Please see attached Market Research Questionnaire and revised Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 02 May 2013. Please note that the PWS is a draft that will be revised and standardized during the ongoing market research and finalized prior to release of a solicitation. The Government is seeking responses to this Market Research Questionnaire to determine potential sources and obtain valuable information for the development of the acquisition. Please submit the completed questionnaire to Ms. Doris Dollitz, Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) at doris.dollitz.de.1@us.af.mil and Ms. Barbara Wafzig, Contract Specialist at barbara.wafzig,de @us.af.mil NO LATER THAN 20 MAY 2013, 1400 CEST. The questionnaire posted on 29 Apr 2013 pertaining to consolidation of the requirement is also extended to be in line with market questionnaire posted 7 May 2013. Please also note that the POC has changed from Ms. Anna Rusinowski to Ms. Barbara Wafzig.
