The contractor shall be required to provide all necessary equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, transportation, labor, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the service to clean HVAC duct systems at all DoD Military Family Housing (MFH) on Okinawa, Japan in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and commercial and local standards. The performance period is for one (1) basic year and three (3) one-year options. The applicable NAICS code is 561790. This is a competitive acquisition which will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation. Closing date and time is 17 June 2013 at 16:00 Local Japan Standard Time.
