- Green Technology Engineering Tools The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. A single firm-fixed, unit-priced requirements-type contract or multiple firm-fixed, unit-priced requirements-type contracts for different combinations of items is anticipated for Green Technology Engineering supplies for and high school students. Offerors must be registered in the Federal Government's website at www.sam.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualifies for academic/educational pricing. No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls. All inquiries/questions must be submitted in writing via email to Arlene.Richardson@hq.dodea.edu and Nina.Lin@hq.dodea.edu no later than May 31, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. EST. Answers will be provided via an amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of the supporting documents and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at http://fbo.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOpps until the response due date and time. Quotes are due no later than June 27, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. EST. Department of Defense
