Description
REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration has a requirement to lease, up to a total of approximately 11,000 Square Feet yielding approximately 11,000 SF of contiguous combined garage/warehouse, office, storage, lab space and ware yard and six employee parking spaces. The space will be occupied by the Environmental Protection Agency. LEASE TERM: Ten Years; Five Years FIRM SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: *Indoor garage or outdoor parking space needed to house the following: •1. Space for six vehicles 25 ft long x 9 ft. wide with 3 ft clearance on each side - 12 ft.- 14 ft. high garage door openings needed. •2. Space for two 15 ft long trailers - each with 7,000 lb. capacity. •3. Six individual employee parking spaces - outdoors only Note: Six spaces for indoor parking is preferable, but partial or full outdoor parking will be considered. Other Requirements - approximately 5,125 SF (to be included in the 11, 000 SF listed above) for the following: Offices, conference/training room, kitchen area, restrooms and showers. Laboratory area Warehouse storage area. Must be accessible by Government and contract staff 24/7/365. LOCATION: The offered site shall be located within or fronting the following streets: East of Federal Blvd, West of Tower Road, North of Martin Luther King Blvd. and South of 58 th Avenue.
