Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation notice that the Northern California Health Care System (Mather and Martinez VA Medical Centers) is seeking any vendor (small or other than small businesses) who can furnish the labor, supervision, materials, equipment, parts, transportation and resources necessary to perform quarterly preventive maintenance and repair service calls for the following steam sterilizers and washer equipment: Two (2) 20x20x38 Century Gravster Sterilizers with serial numbers, 010730204 and 010710203 One (1) 16x16x26 Eagle P Garv/Sterilizer with serial number 0127085009. Two (2) Reliance Model 400 lab glassware washers with Serial numbers - 3607202003 and 3607202014. The equipment is located at VA Northern California Health Care System, Bldg 700, Rooms 5A026 and 5A214 at the Northern California Veterans Affairs Medical Center on 10535 Hospital Way, Sacramento, California 95655. The Eagle Sterilizer is located at Bldg R1 at the Martinez Outpatient Clinic on 150 Muir Road, Martinez, California 94553. The NAICS code is 811219. The Small Business size standard is $19 million. This contract will be a firmed fixed price. The period of performance is for Base plus 2 option years. The solicitation number for this RFP is VA261-13-R-1176. The solicitation is expected be issued on or about May 16, 2013 with a short period to respond. All questions must be submitted by email to Leala.Jew@va.gov.
