- Provided are answers to questions that were asked by a firm regarding solicitation: 1. Q: Is there a previous contract for this equipment? If so, can you provide the contract number? A: W91ZLK-12-P-0378 2. Q: Who is the vendor currently servicing the equipment? A: JTF Business Systems, Inc. 3. Q: What was the cost of the last year's contract and is this the same equipment as last year's contract? A: $44,190 same units plus 1 4. Q: Is the contract available for viewing? A: No 5. Q: Is there a service history available? A: See attached monthly status reports from this past year. 6. Q: Is all the equipment up and running? A: The current contract runs out 31 May 2013. All units are still being serviced. 7. Q: Can you provide estimated annual usages for the copiers? Black and White and Color? A: Attached is a usage sheet that was just conducted. These machines are close to 4 years old. The ones with no information are stand-alone and/or classified. 8. Q: In the solicitation posted on FBO it states that this will be a time and material contract that doesn't include toner or paper. In the PWS it states that this will be a fixed flat fee that does inclue toner. Can you clarify what the government is looking for in the maintenance of their machines? A: Toner and paper will not be included, but all other consumables. This is a Time and Material contract. 9. Q: How many moves does the government anticipate during the term of this contract? A: 20 or less.
