Full Statement of Work attached. INTERESTED FIRMS MUST PROVIDE A STATEMENT OF PAST EXPERIENCE/PERFORMANCE THAT DESCRIBES AND EVIDENCES SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PROJECT(S) OF SIMILAR SIZE, SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY OF WORK AT AN FAA FACILITY WITHIN THE LAST FIVE (5) YEARS IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN COMPETITION FOR THIS PROJECT AND RECEIVE A SOLICITATION. THIS STATEMENT OF EXPERIENCE MUST BE RECEIVED BY COB, Thursday May 24, 2013. ANY REQUESTS MADE WITHOUT PAST PERFORMANCE HISTORY OR AFTER THE ANNOUNCEMENT DUE DATE WILL NOT RECEIVE FURTHER CONSIDERATION. To obtain a copy of the solicitation, you must submit a written request with the above information included via fax or e-mail with your name, company name, address, phone number and e-mail address to both, the Contracting Officer, Ms. Karen Czerwiec by email at Karen.Czerwiec@faa.gov and the Contract Administrator, Mr. Dennis Shub/Acentia at email Dennis.ctr.Shub@faa.gov by close of business by Friday, May 24, 2013. The work will be performed in strict accordance with the contract specifications. Estimated performance time is 90 days. The estimated price range for this procurement is $250,000.00 to $350,000.00. The contractor awarded the contract must have active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) before award can be made. Contractors can register at www.sam.gov VERBAL REQUESTS FOR THE SIR WILL NOT BE HONORED. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has programs to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire capital and bonding assistance for transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, payment, and performance bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80 percent guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are also available under the DOT short Term receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
