Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Training Systems Division, Orlando, FL intends to procure on a full and open competition basis for Instructional Training Services for the T-44C CACT. This procurement is not a small business set-aside. Therefore, any responsible source may submit an offer. A separate written solicitation N61340-13-R-0050 for T-44C CACT Instructional Training Services including SOW, Attachments, Syllabus, Instructions, etc. will be issued as a Request for Proposal on or after 16 May 2013. When it is released it will be available electronically at the following websites https://www.neco.navy.mil and or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the offerors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.arnet.gov/far and www.acq.osd.mil. Lack of registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov) will make a vendor ineligible for award. The FSC code is J069 and the NAICS code is 611512. Responsible Offerors must be active with Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption.
