- May 13, 2013 Request for Proposal (RFP) FQ13041 /TNT, issued March 17, 2013 Hi Rail 180 Degree Cranes has been cancelled, due to ambiguous specifications. On April 15, 2013, two (2) proposals were received in response the RFP. The Authority has revised specifications for this requirement and also updated the price schedule. A new procurement will be re-advertised with amended requirements and your firm will be notified. It is anticipated that an amended RFP will be re-advertised within the upcoming weeks.
