Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is restricted to small businesses. The NAICS code is 562998 with a size standard of $7.0 million. The following services are being requested in this solicitation as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW). The services will be on a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation will close on Friday 31 May 2013 at 3pm, EST. UBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 1. Project Scope: To provide all Army National Guard units on Camp Edwards with Portable Toilets and cleaning services. 2. Physical Location: Camp Edwards, MA 02542 3. Supplies, Equipment, and Cleanings: Provided by manufacturer. 4. Performance Period: 29 July 2013 - 29 June 2018 5. Special Requirements: Portable Toilets a.Neutral Colors to simulate a war time environment b.No more than 100 Portable Toilets at any given time 6. Special Requirements: Hand Wash Stations a. Provide at least 15 Stations 7. Special Requirements: Cleaning and servicing a. Winterize Portable Toilets located in permanent training areas (TTB Kelly) provide cleaning on weekly and/or biweekly bases, determined of the amount of usage. 8. Special Requirements: Scheduling and billing a.All scheduling and billing will be coordinated with the Camp Edwards DOL NCOIC. b.Lead Time 1)Placement of additional units 5 days 1)Additional cleaning of units 5 days c.Billing 1)Should be on a monthly basis determined by the number of soldier on Camp Edwards, the amount of portable toilets used, and the number of cleaning.
