- The Contractor shall provide Operational and Maintenance Services to include management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems located within the property line of the following buildings: Bryson City Courthouse/Federal Building, Bryson City NC ; Veach-Baley Federal Building (NC0002AE) & Federal Building and Courthouse NC0005AE, Asheville NC; and Hiram W. Ward Federal Building/Courthouse, Winston Salem NC. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-FEB-2013).
