Description: THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. This Presolicitation notice is issued by the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), to announce that it intends to issue RFP W911W4-13-T-0025 for eight (8) AccessData Silent Runner SMS (Software Maintenance and Support) for Mobile Platform, four (4) FTK Cerberus, four (4) FTK Cerberus 1 year SMS, four (4) FTK Standalone (includes RV, Imager, PRTK, and DNA 50) and four (4) FTK Standalone 1 year SMS. Only the brand name components identified above will be considered. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced contract set-aside for small businesses in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The primary purpose of this notice is to improve small business access to acquisition information and enhance competition. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this synopsis and all costs associated with responding will be solely at the interested parties' expense. Not responding to this synopsis does not preclude participation in any future and potential solicitation, or RFP. If a formal solicitation is released, it will be posted on FedBid.
