- The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the Replacement of the Existing Runway Visual Range (RVR) Project at the Niagara Falls International Airport, in Niagara, NY. Engineering/Facility Point of Contact (POC) will be Mark Boyle at 603-881-1238 and Steve Finnerty at 978-886-1264. The performance period, for the onsite delivery & installation, is thirty (30) calendar days, after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This project is 100% total set aside for the Small Business Community. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 - Other heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $33.5 MILLION. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, Construction Safety & Phasing Plan (CSPP), and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in.pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $100,000 to $250,000. Performance and payment bonds are required, for any contract awarded over $100,000.00.
