- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation RFQP05071300024, for the requirement of QUARTERLY - SUBSISTENCE. This is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 424410, which contains a size standard of number of employees not to exceed 100 employees. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery being the week of July 1st, 2013. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, 4205 Highway 66 West, El Reno, OK 73036, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. All payments under the amount of $25,000 shall be made using the Government Purchase Card. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 17, 2013 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is May 31, 2013. Faith-based organizations and Community-based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
