- General Services Administration, Heartland Supply Operations Center, 1500 East Bannister Road, Kansas City, MO 64131 intends to establish a "not to exceed" one year standing price quote for National Stock Number 8030-01-450-4009, Corrosion Preventive Compound. The SPQ period will be 5/30/2013 or date of award (if later) through one year from start date. This procurement is set aside for small business. Terms are FOB origin. Shipment shall be no later than 30 days ARO. This SPQ can be accessed via the internet at https://www.fbo.gov. Interested vendors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and all applicable documents. Please review the solicitation cover page for a list of documents that are to be submitted.
