- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-13-T-0018 is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and is restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS is 811118. Small Business Standard is $7Million. CLIN 0001: REBUILD 8V92 DETROIT FUEL INJECTORS - IAW the Statement of Work: a. Vendor will break down, clean, inspect, and calibrate to manufacture's specifications. b. Vendor will replace as needed: Plungers, springs, Seals, and Gaskets. c. Vendor may declare the Detroit Fuel Injectors un-repairable if it has a broken shaft or housing, or if the repair cost exceeds 75% percent the cost of a New Injector. d. Minimum of 0 Injectors Weekly, Maximum of 128 (one hundred twenty-eight) Injectors Monthly. e. Turnaround time is 10 (ten) days from date of issuance of task order, unless otherwise specified by MS-RSMS, Camp Shelby, Mississippi. This is in accordance with Para 4-4 Packaging, Marking, and Delivery. f. 2 (two) year options requested. g. As a minimum, all rebuilt Fuel Injectors must include a 1 (one) year warranty. Warranty Period must begin at the time of installation by the MS-RSMS. Record of installation date, by serial number, will be maintained by the MS-RSMS. CLIN 0002: YEAR 1 (ONE) OPTION - IAW the Statement of Work: a. Vendor will break down, clean, inspect, and calibrate to manufacture's specifications. b.
