Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number RFQ #SA1301-13-RQ-0047 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66, effective February 28, 2013. The NAICS Code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $14.0 Million. This is not a Small Business Set-Aside. This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Act and will include the appropriate Department of Labor Wage Determinations. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price order as a result of this solicitation. The period of performance will start from June 24, 2013 through September 30, 2013.
