Description

Solicitation N00421-13-T-0322 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The Government needs to purchase hard cases for the ARA-3240-C antenna, and the part number for this antenna must be HC-3240-C. The requested parts support existing Navy systems, and no other part numbers are acceptable. All quotes MUST be from Antenna Research Association and their authroized distributors. This procurement is set aside for small business in accordance with Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
