- A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District (SWF) for Mowing Services at Wright Patman Lake, Texarkana, Texas. The solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 28 February 2013. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730, Landscaping Services and a business size standard of $7 million. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform mowing services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Period of Performance will be 1 year for the Base period and 1 year for each with two optional periods. Range between $500,000 - $1,000,000.
